Beautiful vintage table lamp made of Danish ceramic, designed by Jette Helleroe for Axella Keramik in the 1960s.

This lamp is a wonderful example of Scandinavian mid-century modern design, combining sculptural stoneware with the warm, organic aesthetic characteristic of Danish ceramics of this period. The base features a textured ceramic surface with a striking decorative geometric relief band, giving the piece a subtle brutalist character while maintaining the elegance typical of Danish lighting design.

The lamp has been carefully restored, preserving its original character. It features a new, handcrafted lampshade, made in Denmark by Hakonsen Design in a small Danish workshop using traditional methods. The power cord has also been replaced with a high-quality gray fabric cord that complements the natural tones of the ceramic base, giving the lamp a refined and authentic Scandinavian look.
