These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our Shopify store. They regulate the contractual relationship between SMUK and our customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded by our express confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated individually. Payment is due after the order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Exact shipping costs and delivery times will be agreed with you after the order. We work with specialized freight companies to ensure safe shipping.

5. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. As these are used and restored furniture, signs of wear or patina are not defects but add to the character of the furniture.
