As our products are one-of-a-kind and vary in size and weight, shipping is handled individually for each order. Please read the following information carefully regarding our shipping process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated individually. The shipping fee depends on the size, weight, and destination of the purchased item. We will contact you after your purchase to provide you with a shipping quote based on your location.
We work with trusted freight forwarding companies to ensure safe and professional delivery of our furniture. Before shipping, we will confirm all costs and the estimated delivery time with you.
Shipping Process

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Shortly after, we will reach out to you to discuss the most suitable shipping options based on your location.
2. Shipping Quote
Based on the item(s) you purchased and your shipping address, we will provide a detailed shipping quote. This will include all fees related to the safe transportation of your furniture.
3. Shipping Company
We work with specialized shipping companies that handle furniture and large items. The shipment will be fully insured to provide peace of mind during transit. In case of any damage during delivery, please contact us immediately.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the complexity of the shipment. Once we finalize your shipping arrangements, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Typically, delivery within Europe takes between 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.
5. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.
Local Pickup
If you prefer, you can arrange to pick up your order directly from our location in Rødekro, Denmark. Please contact us at smuk@8sam.net to arrange a suitable time for pickup.
